The World’s First Scotch Bonnet Sriracha — Made in St. Thomas, USVI
Sriracha is beloved the world over. But until now, nobody had ever made it with the Caribbean’s most iconic pepper.
We fixed that.

Our Scotch Bonnet Sriracha starts with Scotch Bonnet peppers grown right here on the island of St. Thomas — sun-drenched, hand-picked, and bursting with the fruity, floral heat that makes this pepper legendary. We take those peppers from our island garden and turn them into a sriracha-style sauce that would make any rooster jealous.

The heat? Medium to high. Scotch Bonnets are significantly hotter than jalapeños and bring a distinctive punch that regular sriracha simply can’t match. It builds slowly, hits hard, and leaves you reaching for another bite anyway.

The flavor? Bright, bold, and unmistakably Caribbean. This isn’t just heat for heat’s sake — it’s a complex, craveable sauce with layers of flavor that make everything taste like it was made on a tropical island. Because, well, it was.

Every bottle is made and bottled by hand at 13 Wimmelskafts — one of the most historic buildings in the Virgin Islands, a former slave house turned thriving hub of Caribbean craft production in the heart of Charlotte Amalie.

When you buy a bottle, you’re not just getting the best hot sauce you’ve ever tasted. You’re bringing a piece of St. Thomas history home with you.

Pairs perfectly with: Eggs, tacos, grilled fish, rice and beans, seafood, pizza, ramen, marinades, or honestly just your finger and a moment alone.
